Life may seem overwhelming, as if you are alone and no one understands you. Maybe you have an issue with someone, but the thought of conflict makes you shut down and avoid the situation. Perhaps you are anxious or consumed with worry or afraid of disappointing others. I have worked with many patients who struggle to stay connected in relationships or effectively communicate with others. You could struggle with anger issues and use anger to defend and protect yourself from being hurt.

Hi I'm Kate. It's nice to meet you, even if it's here on a website page. For many of us, we come to a point in our lives where we feel stuck. You might be at this point right now. You've tried everything you can think of to shift things, but nothing seems to be working. The gap between where you want to be and where you actually are is painful. In my practice, we explore these issues and stuck spots in a safe and nonjudgemental space. Together we experiment with new ways to open up, express, listen, and engage in order to bring about new understandings, deeper connections and most of all healing. The overall goal is to start Living Better, Feeling Better and Moving Forward. I may or may not be the right fit for you. I know it can be overwhelming to find a therapist. Reach out, if I am not the right fit, I will help you find someone who is. Hang in there. You are on the right track.

Hi! Thank you for stopping by my profile. If you’re seeking relief and change in your relationships, you are in the right place! A lot of us experience relationships that we would say “bring out the worst in us”, which is a harsh reality but also a helpful warning sign that there may be some cracks in the foundation of your relationship. Maybe you’ve struggled with forgiving things that have happened in relationships that consequently leave you feeling stuck and guarded. Whether you have experienced this in a relationship or individually, beginning therapy can definitely help in sorting out the triggers that bring out character traits like doubt, defensiveness, withdraw, and criticism; however, my job is to also provide insight into ways in which you can bring out the best in others and yourself, too. As your therapist, I am committed to helping you live a life that recognizes disappointments while simultaneously empowering you with ways to continue growth through those disappointments or failed expectations. When I meet with couples and individuals, I prioritize connection and trust so that each client feels respected and understood. It’s important to me that my clients develop their own perceptions, values, and beliefs so that any change that occurs will a representation of their own personal growth. I understand that it can be a challenge to find time to fit therapy into your schedule as it is definitely a commitment both mentally and financially. To eliminate this barrier for my clients and provide the greatest ability for accommodation, all of my appointments are virtual using a secure HIPAA compliant platform. This allows me to connect with individuals and couples throughout the state of Indiana in a way that fits with their schedule and lifestyle. If you are interested in setting up an appointment, I would love to connect with you! Feel free to reach out to me via email or phone to ask any questions about my services, and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I look forward to working with you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in various facets of mental health. My philosophy includes a focus on whole mind and body wellness. I strive to deliver excellent, compassionate care through active listening and thoughtful collaboration with my patients – with a splash of humor. You will feel heard and validated, never rushed or ignored. My interest is in the person with a symptom rather than the symptom of a person. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood-disorders, trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, and serve as an advocate for patients within the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in evidence-based practice, with a primary focus on thoughtful medication management. I also provide weight management services with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide therapy for patients who qualify. I maintain a limited private practice to offer a high level of flexibility to my patients. Patients have direct access to me via secure portal and I can be available for rapid crisis intervention, if needed. I offer early morning, evening and weekend appointments via telehealth for your convenience. If you email through psychology today, please check your junk/spam for my reply. Women come to me looking for someone who gets it. Are you tired of trying to be perfect but never feeling good enough, constantly seeking approval, or caring too much about what others think? Are you controlling from a place of fear? Is fear itself keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself? I’m here to help you break free from these struggles and step into the life you were created for. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping women uncover what’s holding them back. Through compassionate therapy rooted in proven techniques like CBT, we’ll identify the beliefs and past experiences keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll replace fear and doubt with confidence and clarity, empowering you to move forward boldly. In our first sessions, we’ll explore your story, identifying how past experiences and fears have shaped your current mindset. At your pace, we’ll challenge those patterns and uncover the purpose and identity God designed for you. What makes my practice unique is the flexibility to meet your needs, along with optional membership resources at thehealingculture.org for ongoing support. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve faced similar struggles and know the freedom and transformation that are possible. You don’t have to navigate this alone—let’s take the first step together!

Hi there, I'm Briana and I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist in the state of Indiana. Wondering if we are the right fit? Ask yourself these questions. Do you feel spread too thin, like ice on the verge of breaking? Do you feel like you have to "do it all," which leaves you overwhelmed and stressed? Are your relationships, responsibilities, or feelings being put on the back burner? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Sometimes, do you feel like you just want to run away? If you answered yes to any of these, we might be a good fit. I help many clients with these types of challenges. I approach my work with compassion and with an understanding that many people have underlying experiences with trauma and unmet childhood needs, which we will make space for processing in our sessions. Together, we will work to reduce your inner critic by seeking an understanding of all aspects of yourself, including the painful parts. We will work to discover why they exist and how you can regain control over your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, all while building on your current strengths and resilience. I empower young people and adults to develop the strengths and tools they already have within themselves to address the stressors of life. Together, we will look at the whole picture to identify what you can change, what you can let go of, and what you can move forward with. Seeking help can feel scary, but you are in the right place. This is a safe space to explore your needs and wants, so you can become the best version of yourself. Whether you are coming here with general overwhelm, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, mood swings, attention deficits, or relationship challenges, I'm here to help.

My ideal client is a person who is struggling with anxiety, depression, a life transition or who has trouble identifying feelings. They feel these difficulties hold them back from the life they want, and are brave enough to begin a journey of transformation. My primary approach is experiential in nature, which means I work in the here-and-now with you. My approach is also informed by psychodynamic therapy, which explores how the past impacts your present life. Feel free to learn more at ericbryanlmhc.com.
