You don’t have to hit rock bottom to get support. Not sure where to start? Text us at (877) 693-8386 (or old school email is fine, too). We’ll help you figure out the next step.

Life can often feel messy and chaotic. My passion is to help bring order out of chaos to facilitate growth and peace. Many of my clients present with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stressful life transitions and circumstances, or they report feeling a little “off” and are seeking help to feel more like themselves again. I work best with clients who are engaged and motivated to see changes in their lives, and I have a great love for coming alongside people to help them move towards becoming the best version of themselves. My goal is shalom, the Hebrew word for peace, wholeness and universal flourishing. Charlie Health is a virtual behavioral health program for adolescents and young adults with moderate or severe mental health concerns or co-occurring substance use or eating disorders. Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs. We are helping to serve those who are in crisis, or have been historically underserved, by eliminating the most significant treatment barriers: geographical and financial access. We work with nearly all commercial insurance nationwide and have no waitlist, thereby helping people access quality, evidence-based care regardless of insurance, location, or other barriers.
Hello! I'm so glad you're taking this step for your mental health. I went to the therapy for the first time while attending college (at USC too!), and it was pivotal for me. I really value working with college students, and genuinely appreciate how much you have to do deal with. Maybe you're struggling with transitions - adjusting to the start of college, or facing the daunting landscape post-graduation. Maybe you can feel all the pressures mounting to the point where you feel paralyzed and burnt out and confused. Maybe you'd like for just one thing - anything - to be taken off your plate, or for the load to be shared somehow. Maybe you're even trying to figure yourself out beyond the story that's been your life so far. I'd like to help make things seem clearer, or kinder, or safer, and I think we can do it together. I offer 45-minute sessions, as well as longer 90-minute sessions, to fit what you might need best. I also offer letters for medical transition, disability, ESA, and can complete return to school forms.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Great to meet you! Hi, I’m Angela. I’ve been supporting people through life’s ups and downs for many years, and I believe that we all deserve understanding, kindness, and a space where we can explore what’s really going on for us. I work with individuals, couples, and families — including kids, teens, adults, and seniors — who are facing things like anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD challenges, stress in relationships, or family issues. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help you feel heard and supported as you make healthier choices and create the life you want. A bit about my approach to therapy I bring warmth, openness, and a “we’re in this together” attitude to our work. Clients describe me as understanding, genuine, and easy to talk to — someone who laughs with you, sits with the hard moments, and doesn’t shy away from the tough stuff. We’ll talk it out, make space for the stories you bring, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. My style is solution-oriented and open-minded, and you’ll always be met with respect and curiosity. What you can expect from our first session In our first session, you can expect to feel welcomed and genuinely listened to. We’ll focus on understanding what’s been pulling at you and what you hope to change. You’ll leave with a sense of clarity, some early ideas for what we might explore together, and a feeling that this is a safe space where you can show up as you are. Over time, many people find they feel more confident handling life’s stresses, stronger in their relationships, and better equipped with tools to move forward with purpose and resilience.
I believe that hope and healing is an attainable goal for everyone. I work with individuals and families coping with depression, self esteem, anxiety, behavior problems, relationship issues, adoption, grief, domestic violence, and multicultural issues to help them them recover from trauma, refocus on the things that bring true joy, and find healing. I believe that when clients learn to refocus their thoughts and make key behavioral changes, they are able to find peace and renewed wellness. A Christ centered approach is offered and discussions of faith are welcome while not mandatory. Client's views are respected and honored. I operate primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral model, focusing on the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how to bring about change. This approach is well suited to working with a wide variety of issues including Depressive and Anxiety Disorders. Millie, my therapy dog in training, also accompanies me to the office some days. I grew up in several countries all over the world which now allows me to offer counseling from an expert point of view on the unique challenges facing "third culture kids" and their families. I am also well versed in Latin American culture and am fluent in Spanish.
Are you a Black woman college or graduate student navigating perfectionism and the pressure to perform? Are you a student of Color who feels socially and culturally isolated on campus? Are you a first-generation college student feeling like you are caught between your new student identity and your family roles and dynamics? Are you a freshman or transfer student struggling to adjust to the academic and social demands of the new college environment? Are you a campus leader seeking balance between your academics, relationships, leadership roles, and other responsibilities? Are you a graduate level therapist-in-training who wants to give yourself the gift of therapy as you learn to provide it for others? If any of these examples resonate with you, then you have come to the right place. I have a passion for supporting college and graduate students and I would love to work with you!
In my practice, I see college students and young adults for a variety of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, transitions/major life decisions, and career concerns. I provide individual counseling using solution-focused and cognitive therapies. I also employ a whole-person process approach to career counseling so that all factors are considered when making vocational decisions. I strive to provide my clients with a safe, nonjudgmental environment to understand themselves better and move toward a fulfilling life. I often learn as much from my clients as they do from me and I consider therapy a highly collaborative process.
Hello! My name is Sang-Mi Lee (she/they), and I am an MSW student at the University of Georgia. Prior to pursuing my master’s, I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Asian-American studies from Washington University in St. Louis. I believe that finding pride in your authentic self is one of the most important (and scary!) journeys we take throughout our lives. As a Korean-American member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am well-versed in navigating multiple identities and wish to provide support and guidance for those who may be feeling lost. Alongside my therapeutic studies, I have spent many years working in psychological research with an emphasis on wellness across the lifespan and developing one’s purpose in life. My publications have focused specifically on helping disenfranchised and minoritized individuals receive the best support possible for their development. I am also interested in the intersection of mental and physical health, and want to promote treatment adherence and positive lifestyle changes for those living with both physical and psychiatric diseases. I am honored to be a part of the Roll for Wellness team as a lifelong nerd and gamer. Whether it’s roleplaying during a TTRPG or crafting a cosplay for your next anime convention, I believe an abundance of self-confidence and healing can take place while engaging in creative pursuits. However, artistic creation can be a slippery slope as we constantly battle with imposter syndrome and perfectionism. Together, we can identify your strengths and use your passions to support your overall health and wellbeing. When I’m not working, I love doing puzzles with my family, cuddling my doggies, or playing video games with my friends!
