College and young adulthood can bring a lot of change—new responsibilities, relationships, family expectations, academic or career pressure, and questions about who you are becoming. I work with young adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or simply unsure of how to move forward. My approach is warm, practical, and supportive, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and feel more confident in the choices you make. College is a lot. If you are juggling classes, a social life, and a brain that will not cooperate, you do not need a six-month waitlist on top of it. Little Dove Psychology is a fully virtual practice for college students, based in Austin, Texas. Two things we do differently: if you have always wondered whether you have ADHD, we complete comprehensive virtual ADHD evaluations in under a month, with a written report you can use at school. And our individual therapy sessions fit an actual student schedule, with evening and weekend appointments, all from your dorm, apartment, or parked car between classes. We use approaches with real evidence behind them (CBT, ACT, DBT skills) for the things students actually deal with: anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination that is really something deeper, homesickness, relationships, and figuring out who you are. No judgment, no lectures, just practical help from someone who gets it. Your therapy does not have to end when the semester does. Through PSYPACT, we can see you across Texas and the other PSYPACT states, so if you head home for winter break, spend the summer out of state, or study away from campus, your sessions continue without starting over with someone new. Little Dove Psychology is in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and Optum (UnitedHealthcare); the plans each clinician accepts are listed below, and we provide superbills for other plans. Every student starts with a free 15-minute consultation, and most start the same week they reach out.

Hey there! Happy to see you in my little corner of ThrivingCampus. I currently have over 8 years experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship based complications/attachment wounds, stress management, addiction/substance abuse, self esteem complications, trauma focused care for PTSD, ADHD, and much more. I'm a big proponent of meeting you where you're at on your healing journey, as well as empowering you to create a healthier version of yourself. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and generally enjoyable environment for you to flourish within. We're two people with the same goal: helping you. A little more about myself: I really enjoy music, playing video games with my wife, attending renaissance faires, playing D&D (when schedules allow for it), and am a proud cat dad. Looking forward to working with you!

Hi, I’m Tony, and I offer virtual therapy for college students navigating anxiety, identity, and everything in between. College can feel like both a fresh start and a heavy weight—especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are in a world that often expects you to have all the answers. If you’re feeling anxious, uncertain about the future, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone either. In my practice, I work with college students who are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, identity questions, and the pressure to “get it right.” Many of my clients are exploring who they are outside of other people’s expectations—especially around gender, sexuality, culture, and family. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I create a space where all parts of you are welcome and respected. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, untangle what’s going on inside, and connect more deeply with yourself. No performance. No judgment. Just room to breathe and be real. If you’re ready to explore who you are and how you want to show up in the world, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’re falling behind? You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I specialize in working with women and adolescents, including college students and young adults across Texas who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. College can bring its own set of challenges. You may be struggling with the transition to college, questioning your direction, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, navigating relationships, or simply trying to stay afloat. Therapy can give you a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and develop practical ways to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, DBT skills, somatic practices, emotion-focused, narrative, and person-centered approaches based on your individual needs. Sessions are 100% virtual, so you can connect from a private space wherever you’re most comfortable. Christian counseling is also available for clients who would like their faith and values incorporated into therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I’ll meet you where you are and help you build the tools to feel more grounded, confident, and able to move forward.

There ISN’T anything “wrong” with you, you are human and you have lived experiences, some harder than others, but that is where working together to understand those parts of yourself can help! Life can be unpredictable, and at times, deeply challenging. But within each of us lies a quiet strength — Resilience. It's not about avoiding struggle, but about finding the courage to face it, adapt, and grow. In this space, we honor your story, your challenges, and your capacity to heal. Whether you're just beginning your journey or continuing along the path, we're here to walk with you — helping you reconnect with your resilience, one step at a time. At the heart of this work is a deep commitment to equity, justice, and collective healing. This is a space where all identities are seen, respected, and celebrated — where your full humanity is never up for debate. I practice from an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and decolonized lens, acknowledging the ways systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and cultural erasure impact our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Healing does not happen in isolation — it happens in relationship, in context, and in community.

Do you feel like you're carrying the weight of the world, but no one can see it? Do you feel unheard in your relationship? It can be hard to put emotions into words, especially when feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break. The desire for peace is there, but knowing where to begin can feel daunting. Relationship conflict, whether with a partner, spouse, or loved one, can leave you feeling misunderstood, exhausted, and disconnected. Do the same arguments resurface? Does it sometimes feel like no matter how much you try, nothing changes? Supporting individuals struggling with mental health is a passion of mine. From the very first session, I aim to create a sense of safety and ease for my clients. With an empathetic approach and mindfulness, therapy helps you slow down, breathe, and begin untangling the thoughts you may have been avoiding. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking. It’s about creating space for stillness and self discovery, learning tools to cope, and finding the strength to move forward. If you’re feeling lost or weighed down, this is a place where healing begins. Let’s embark on a journey together, one where healing, growth, and meaningful relationships become possible.

College can feel like a lot—figuring out who you are, juggling classes, friendships, family expectations, and the pressure to “have it all together.” If you’ve been feeling anxious, disconnected, self-critical, or just plain overwhelmed, you’re not alone. I love working with students who are realizing their needs, boundaries, and intuition matter—even if they’re still figuring out what that actually means. If you need is space to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with who you really are, I would love to support you. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative—I don’t lecture or “fix” you. Instead, I sit with you, help you untangle old patterns, and explore new ways of moving through life that actually feel like you. Reach out and let's begin!

Welcome! Starting therapy is a big step. I understand how overwhelming it can be to experience anxiety, stress, or intrusive thoughts. It takes courage to seek help, and I am so glad you are here! Therapy is most effective when it is tailored to you and uses research-backed treatment. I use evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These therapies are supported to alleviate symptoms and empower you to reclaim your life—returning to activities that anxiety may have previously taken you away from.

Are you feeling stuck in anxiety, low mood, or a season of life that no longer fits who you are becoming? Maybe you are navigating depression, grief, or a major life transition and finding that your usual coping skills are no longer enough. Many adults and families reach a point where stress, mood changes, or emotional pain begin to interfere with relationships, work, or daily functioning. If you are seeking clarity, stability, or a sense of direction, you are not alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and reconnect with your strengths. I find joy in the journey of self discovery. I have experience with 12 step programs, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have considerable life experience to assist people who are struggling with life transitions. Reaching out and stepping into change can be very challenging, and it’s the first step towards personal discovery and lasting change and recovery.
