I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania (and all 40+ PSYPACT participating states). The current list of PSYPACT participating states can be found here: https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap I obtained my doctoral degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I received intensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy. While the foundation of my work is in the structure and skill-building of CBT, I individually tailor the structure of therapy to your needs and the challenges of your daily life. I work with adults and teenagers with mood and anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. I specialize in therapy for eating disorders and balance CBT for eating disorders with practices of intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES). If you have a difficult relationship with food or exercise, you are not alone in this journey. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with both support and skills. It is not easy to make changes to the way you cope or how you show up in relationships! If you want to understand where or why you are getting stuck, please reach out for support, and know that recovery is always possible!

Hello! I am a psychologist who enjoys supporting college-age individuals in a variety of ways. In this season of life, academics and social activities can be common stressors, in addition to family and career issues. Students may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or other learning differences that affect them inside and outside the classroom. I enjoy brainstorming and helping young people access the resources they need, both on campus and in their community. I take a holistic approach to healthy living, and look closely at individual habits and behaviors. I also offer a faith-sensitive approach to individuals who would like to include spirituality or religion in their work. I meet with clients in person in our Chalfont and Chester Springs locations, as well as virtually in the 40+ states that participate in PsyPact (https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap).

Celebrate you through empowering, soul supportive work to guide you through life's journeys. Welcome to adulthood! Just kidding, but we're sure that's how you're feeling. Turning 18, graduating high school, and feeling the pressures of what you "should" be doing next feels overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes frustrating. "How do they expect me to know what I want to do for the next 60 years when I wasn't even allowed go to the bathroom a few months ago!" (Breathe a sigh of relief, because you do NOT have to have a 60-year life plan, we promise!) In a world with so many options, it can be easy to feel like maybe you don't know what to choose, or that the decision you've made might not be right. On your journey, it's natural and common - and totally okay! - to feel any and all of those feelings! Whether you are starting college, forgoing college, or doing something entirely unique, navigating the traditional "college age" part of your life can be a struggle. What you want is support. What you deserve is support. A time and space to explore your goals, your feelings, and your daily experiences without judgement, helping you find your footing and starting your post-college life with some more confidence and resilience than you've ever had before! And you know what, that's exactly what we're here for - to guide, support, and empower you through this awesome (but sometimes scary) journey in your life!

I want you to know this therapy will acknowledge the very real challenges you face that are NOT just in your head. If you've been left out, excluded, and the people around you don't understand, you have every right to be angry, hurt and lonely. Do the people in your life expect you to conform or “fix your problem” and make you feel like a burden for having needs? Have you started to believe the negative messages; started believe you're lazy, not good enough or a burden? I offer support for folks who are going through it. You deserve full access to therapy, please don't hesitate to let me know how I can best support. For example: lying down during session to ease fatigue, video forms instead of words on paper. If you're not sure what you need, we can explore this together and find out what works best for you. You can email me at Schedule@BodyMindAllianceCC.com or you can reach me by phone at 215-259-8016. Note: Your gender identity, pronouns and sexual/affectional orientation will be respected and honored without making therapy “all about your identity” unless that is what you want or need. (Image alt text: Photograph of Kasryn Kapp seated wearing a blue jumpsuit smiling) Please don't hesitate to reach out with any accessibility needs. I offer online therapy with Closed Captions (you can turn this feature off or on)

I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice where I see adults and adolescents. I am here to support and encourage you to reach life goals that will enhance your overall feelings of peace, joy and belonging. I provide a safe and nurturing environment that enhances the therapeutic process and encourages my clients to identify their strengths and embrace positive change. My therapy model is based on Aaron T. Beck's development of cognitive behavioral therapy. This approach identifies the distortions in our way of thinking that drives our emotions and behaviors. By identifying distortions and redefining them we can than choose an emotion and behavior and feeling that fits our new way of thinking. My goal is to provide a therapy model that incorporates mind, body and soul wellness. I am presently accepting new patients and I am credentialed through most of the major insurance plans. Please reach out by email when possible.

If you are a professional struggling with anxiety, navigating college or entering the working world, starting or ending a new relationship, struggling with emotional regulation regarding depression, or having a hard time with disordered eating and body image, it is my goal to help you reaffirm your strengths and identify new skills to reach your goals. I aim to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment where we can reflect on your past experiences, your successes, and discuss growth. I offer a collaborative approach and can support you using various therapy tools, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical- Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, which can help with OCD. We all have the strengths to navigate the messy moments in life, but adjusting can be hard at times.
