My name is Stacey (Rodenbaugh) Luczejko and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in FL and also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Bachelor's (BS) in Psychological and Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. I also hold two Master's Degrees from Rider University: a Master's (MA) in Counseling Services and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) Master's Degree. I have been counseling for the past 17 years in various capacities ranging from counseling in schools to counseling in the community. My counseling style is eclectic because I utilize many different therapeutic strategies based off of the needs of the individuals I am working with during the session. Some of my counseling theory styles consists of: cognitive, behavioral, person-centered, positive psychology, reality, solution-focused, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and psycho-education components. In other words, I have many ways for helping individuals to deal with their struggles or with whatever is challenging them. My approach focuses on thought processes, behaviors, and action plans. I also find ways to creatively use your interests (such as: music, hobbies, movies, and etc.) in the solution process. Most importantly, during every counseling session I strive for my clients to take away something new or something that can utilize outside of counseling in everyday life.
Hello! Thank you for reading my page. I tend to work with clients who are struggling with their relationships (Friends, family or romantic) or are looking to better understand themselves. My clients tend to be insightful, creative & perhaps a bit perfectionistic. They are looking to better understand themselves and let go of unhelpful learnings or patterns in their lives, so they can feel happier and less overwhelmed.
I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to grow when they’re in a space that feels safe and accepting. At the heart of my work is building a genuine, trusting connection with you—because real healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we’ll create a warm and welcoming space where vulnerability is embraced and self-exploration feels comfortable. Above all, I’m here to hold space for you with kindness and openness, honoring your unique needs, passions, experiences, wisdom, and hopes for the future. Specializations I’m especially passionate about supporting adults who grew up with caregivers who, for various reasons, may not have met their emotional needs.Together, we work to heal from those early experiences, find your true voice, clarify what matters most to you, and create a life that feels authentic, grounded, and free. I work with clients ages 15 and up to navigate challenges related to: Childhood relational trauma, emotionally immature parents, & unmet emotional needs Relationship patterns, boundaries, people-pleasing, & guilt Exploring identity, values, & personal growth Identity diffusion & enmeshment Shame, self-doubt, & indecisiveness Life transitions & emerging adulthood Grief & loss Anxiety, depression, & low self-worth Emotional regulation & distress tolerance Could We be a Good Fit? Clients who tend to do well with me often appreciate a little lightheartedness or humor during our sessions and enjoy putting what we talk about into practice between meetings—sometimes through small homework or weekly goals. Many have found it helpful to bring their creative interests into our work, which helps us build a space where you can feel safe, inspired, and free to be your authentic self. I’ve also noticed that adolescents, young adults, and college students often feel especially comfortable and connected in our time together. Therapeutic Approaches My approach to therapy is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity and work toward making the changes you’d like to see in yourself. For those who resonate with this approach, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support compassionate exploration of your inner parts. I also use a person-centered and trauma-informed lens, honoring the impact of your life experiences and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. While CBT and IFS are my go-to methods, I like to keep things flexible, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor our work to what feels right for you. My hope is that you find a space in therapy that feels human, welcoming, and uniquely yours. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together in a way that supports your growth. I currently offer teletherapy sessions at River Wards Wellness Collective. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor. My approach is non-judgmental and grounded in respect. I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique situation, struggles, and goals; working to develop the tools needed to improve relationships - including their relationship with themself. It is exhausting to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you’re walking on eggshells with people you love. It is miserable to feel like you’re just faking it every day, not liking yourself, or not knowing how to manage your depression or anxiety. Maybe there has been trauma, or maybe people just don’t understand. For people who have experienced trauma, there is an additional weight: issues with trust, feeling unsafe, triggered, ashamed, not knowing what is wrong. I can help. See more about me at FindingCenter-Anderson.com. I see people in-person or on telehealth. You can call, text, or email me at 215-839-8709 or charlotte.anderson.LPC@gmail.com

Being a student is a tough time of transition. There are alot of feelings that are swirling around, along with having to "stay on top of all of your academics and/or sports". For many students, it is the first time living without parents/guardians. You have to deal with faculty, and manage expectations from others as well as yourself. College life can be fun, but at the same time very stressful! Sometimes the stress causes other problems to pop up that you have not had to deal with before, or perhaps you did, but on a manageable level. Counseling can be an opportunity to talk through alot of these frustrations, and challenges. It can be a time to also find out about other resources in the world that can be helpful. Either way, it is YOUR time to figure out what would be helpful, and to get it! Reach out to Rays of Hope, we are eager to assist you during this time! PLEASE NOTE: I ALSO have office hours in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. which is right outside of Phila. near City Line Avenue.
