On the outside, it might look like you’re keeping things together—classes, sports, work, relationships—but inside you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like something just isn’t feeling right. I work with college students and student-athletes who are navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and past experiences that continue to show up in the present. In therapy, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find practical ways to feel more grounded and steady again. A lot of my work focuses on grief, loss, and unresolved experiences, using EMDR to help process what feels stuck alongside strategies for structure, motivation, and balance. You don’t need the right words or a clear explanation to start—just a sense that something has been weighing on you. Therapy can be a space to sort through it and move forward at a pace that feels manageable. Availability is flexible in evenings and on weekends.

Perhaps you’ve noticed feeling more anxious or depressed lately, but aren’t sure why, or what you can do to feel like yourself again. Perhaps you’re struggling with relationship tensions, feeling stagnant in studies or find yourself just more generally in a rut. You may be feeling well overall but want to get a grasp on certain issues in your life. Now might be the right time to break free of those patterns and explore other ways of thinking, feeling and being in the world. I offer a non-judgmental space to learn more about yourself, what you want, and how to get there. My practice is depth-oriented; we work collaboratively to get to the root of your problems so you can move forward both with my help and on your own. We learn together to listen better to you so that you can come into a more solid and vital sense of yourself.

At Person-to-Person Psychotherapy, I’m here to support adults who are facing tough, life-changing challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with things like a serious health diagnosis, overwhelming anxiety, big existential questions, major life transitions, or deep feelings of grief and loss. They’re looking for a space where they can feel understood and get the professional support they need to find their footing again and make sense of it all. Through virtual sessions and walk-and-talk therapy, I’m able to meet clients wherever they are—both physically and emotionally—throughout New Jersey.

My goal as your therapist is to provide the best service I can through a personally tailored approach. I’ve had the privilege of working with people ages 3 to 105. I have helped people navigate the various stages of life to improve their overall mental health. I am a strong believer in meeting those I serve where they are. I am licensed psychotherapist in New York, Florida, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Utah, and Ohio. I am also a Certified Wellness Counselor. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have helped adults, children, couples, teens, older adults, and families navigating difficult situations, improve relationships, and thrive. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, narrative therapy, stress management, family therapy, couples therapy, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment techniques, and work/life balance interventions. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better outcomes. Thriving instead of just surviving. It is an honor to be a support to you.

I am all too familiar with how so many struggles boil down to the same deep needs: to be seen, supported, understood, or safe. I help people reclaim their energy from the runaway train of their thoughts and the demands of those they care about so they can live with more focus, calm, and control. That means learning to let go of "doing it right" in favor of doing what actually works for you. By separating your sense of worth from how much you give to others, you end your people-pleasing behaviors and work on setting healthy boundaries that protect your energy without the crushing weight of guilt that usually follows. I believe there’s no one right path or set agenda we’re supposed to follow. Sometimes, the best steps we take are the ones that don’t make sense to anyone else, but that feel undeniably true to us. That’s what I help my clients find: a way forward that’s grounded, self-directed, and shaped by who they are, not who they were told to be.

Hi, I am a LMHC and I graduated with my master’s degree from WCSU and I am also a certified personal trainer. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults from the ages 14 and up. I also like working with mothers and daughters whom have a strained relationship or just need some help with building their relationship back up. I specialize with issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem:etc. I always knew I wanted to help other people from a young age. As a kid and teenager I struggled with shyness, self-esteem issues and depression. A lot of the time I felt like I was alone and felt like I was not heard. Since then my goal in life was to help others feel like they are not alone and they are heard no matter the issue. I also believe in treating the whole person. The body and mind are connected, therefore both should be treated. On top of being a therapist, I am also a personal trainer for the last 6 years. I use many different approaches including DBT, CBT, mindfulness techniques, art therapy and psychodynamic. I think every individual is unique, therefore there isn’t just a “one size fits all” approach. I like to speak to each client for a few minutes via phone to make sure that I am the right fit for them. Then I move on to scheduling the first session which consists of me asking questions and getting to know my client and their goals for treatment. I like to take a collaborative approach and allow my client to be the leader in what works and what doesn’t work for them in treatment. I want to help anyone who is willing to put in the work in and out of session. I like to have my clients set small goals in between sessions and review them the following session as a way of assisting in their healing process. I was taught to be kind because you never know what someone else is going through. This value has allowed me to be more empathetic and it allowed me to always be curious. From a young child I was always interested in different cultures. I make sure to take time to look at everyone’s perspectives and check my own judgements. I am constantly learning about different cultures to make sure others feel comfortable and welcomed when they come see me for therapy.

I believe the most important foundation in therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. The therapy relationship can be a safe place to practice new skills that you are hoping to bring back to the rest of your life. My goal is to help you to feel safe during your time with me, so that you can explore yourself, your challenges, your strengths, your history, and anything else that is important to you. I also hope to help you make the changes that you would like to make in your life. Maybe you can feel better than you do now. Maybe you can learn more skills to cope with what feels hard. Maybe you need to be heard and validated. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here for it.
