Hello and welcome! I’m Chelsea, a second-year Master’s student in Clinical Social Work at Columbia University, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from Wake Forest University. My pronouns are she/her. My work focuses on areas such as self-care, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. As I work towards my LCSW license and plan to open my own practice, my primary goal is to provide a warm and accepting space where you feel genuinely supported. In our sessions, I use a blend of psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, client-centered approaches, and DBT to tailor our work to your individual needs. I am committed to creating an environment where you feel truly heard and respected as we navigate your emotions and experiences together. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and I am here to empower you as we develop coping skills, discuss your experiences, and work through life’s challenges. I look forward to partnering with you and supporting you every step of the way. Chelsea is a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. Sol Health is a digital health start-up that offers $30 therapy to Gen Zs by connecting them with therapists-in-training accruing clinical hours.

It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you face trials, pain, change or isolation. To help you navigate through life with meaning and regain a sense of hope. To see you step into freedom from worry, unhealthy thoughts, shame, or self-doubt. Wherever you find yourself, I’d like to meet you there. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide virtual therapy to residents across NC using a secure video platform that is both HIPAA-compliant and convenient. Hello. I think the most important element of a successful client / therapist relationship is one of safety. A place where you can say and talk about things you may never have said before. I believe that because having experienced that myself is what lead me to this field as well. As a college student you are entering one of the most exciting and yet unfamiliar times of your life. There are so many opportunities yet with that comes potential obstacles. This is the time in your life where you truly begin to explore and define who you are. Your are faced with many choices that either bring you closer to your goal or move you away from it. Technology puts so much at our fingertips and sometimes that can be a obstacle in itself. Many of the very things that you enjoy about college life can become compulsive or even addictive. Think alcohol, drugs, pornography, and sex to name a few.

Today more than ever people are experiencing depression, anxiety, isolation, high levels of stress, and a profound heaviness as they try to juggle unrealistic expectations of their relationships, career, and life. I am passionate about ending this cycle by giving my clients the opportunity to heal and grow. I work to provide a space where my clients can work through their wounds and obstacles toward a life and identity that permeates worthiness and embodies strength and empowerment. As a therapist, I walk alongside my clients as they courageously embark on their healing journey. I help them identify roadblocks that are preventing them from fully living the life they wish to live and achieving their goals. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years.I have worked with teens, adults, and parents. My clinical framework is grounded in attachment theory and in understanding the impact that relationships and experiences have on how we view ourselves and the world. I am trained in various clinical modalities and use the modalities that best meet my client's needs. I focus on creating an environment that inspires hope and feels collaborative and welcoming. In my practice, I focus on helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, burn out, substance abuse, grief, relationship dynamic issues, parenting issues, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My work also includes parent coaching and life coaching.

Throughout most of our culture boys are not given much opportunity to explore their inner worlds, identify and express emotions or encouraged to build supportive and robust social networks. As these boys become men it leaves them lacking skills to know when and how to reach out for support. This is where I come in. I help guide young men through life's challenges by teaching skills that will help them in all facets of their life. Tired of feeling stuck, alone and not knowing how or what to change. Book your free consult through my website and let's see if working together is the best next step for you. No need to go it alone anymore.

Therapy is all about growth for an individual. Growth can sometimes be a scary thing. Oftentimes, growth feels like staring into the darkness with the expectation of walking forward without falling. Whether you struggle with mental illness or you just need extra support in life, I can help you walk through the darkness of the unknown. The beautiful thing that therapy offers is this: you can create your own light. As we walk through the darkness, you will begin to see more and more light. Gradually, the path will become more clear and YOU can choose the next direction. I am an expert in the field of clinical mental health and I have worked with all ages. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, corporate stress, and relationship issues. We can walk through the dark unknown together as you begin to create you own light and path for your life! All you have to do is take that first step. Currently licensed and taking clients in both NC and SC.

Bethany creates a deeply relational, trauma-informed therapy experience. Her approach is both compassionate and direct, combining evidence-based tools with soul-level support. You’ll do more than just talk-you’ll feel, process, and heal in ways that reach beyond the surface. She draws from EMDR to help you safely revisit and reprocess trauma, somatic tools to regulate your nervous system, and parts work (IFS-informed) to explore the complex and beautiful layers of your internal world. Bethany also uses attachment-based language to build emotional safety and connection, and DBT-informed strategies to hold space for life’s inevitable nuance and emotional intensity. Therapy with Bethany is a place where radical self-honesty meets deep self-compassion. You’ll explore the fears that have kept you playing small, challenge the boundaries and beliefs that no longer serve you, and start moving toward the life you actually want to live-not the one you’ve been conditioned to settle for. And while the work runs deep, it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Bethany brings a grounded, human energy to her sessions-one that makes room for laughter, realness, and even joy. She believes in healing that’s holistic and sustainable-where change starts from within and ripples outward into every part of your life. If you’re done with surface-level fixes and ready to do the kind of work that actually shifts you at your core, Bethany is your person. She’ll meet you where you are, walk alongside you through the hard stuff, and help you remember your worth, one honest step at a time.

*Test anxiety? *Speaking and presentations seem impossible? *Looking for finally getting underneath and controlling your anxiety? ----Want to get underneath your feeling of angst, stress and uneasiness? I teach ways to reset and grow a nervous system that is able to find calm and relax even with time deadlines and performances. I help you create new habits that foster a positive, calm, productivity mindset. I use cutting-edge modern scientifically proven methods, along with, ancient powerful self-care methods that help people re-program sensitive nervous systems. I started her career as a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and over the last 25 years learned powerful methods to help clients make powerful changes on the moment. Many people I work with say the methods I teach seem too simple to work. I have found when people begin to use them regularly, they notice that other areas of their life begin to change as well. My focus is helping clients with Profoundly Simple selfcare that helps people thrive. Clients who see results commit to 5-10 minutes of using the skills we use in sessions in their everyday lives. This way they reset their baseline levels of tension and increase energy, cakm, and focus. I also have Calm and Centered Success groups that begin in September and January for applying skills in a more community setting with support and encouragement from others to make lastng life changes. If interested, text me, and we can set up a time to chat for free on the phone for about 15 min 508-812-8782. I am in-network for Aetna, Blue Cross of NC, and some Optum United Healthcare Plans. For others, I have a sliding scale to help make sessions work for you.
