I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts, and Vermont with over 20 years of experience, helping adults and teens (16+) find greater balance, connection in their lives. My work focuses on supporting those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or self-esteem challenges. I approach therapy through a mind-body lens, integrating polyvagal informed therapy, EMDR, Internal family systems, mindfulness-based practices, CBT, and trauma informed care. These approaches honor the wisdom of your body and help you understand how your nervous system responds to stress together will work to build regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety from within. Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and compassionate. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you. Healing is a gradual process, and it begins with learning to listen-really listen- to your body and inner experience. If this approach resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect and see how we can begin this work together.
The most important part of therapy is building a good rapport with the individual to create a safe and comfortable space. Therapy isn't always easy and neither is the decision to find a therapist; working to ensure clients are comfortable with me and helping them to identify their goals so that the treatment trajectory is predictable, but allows for space to talk about day to day events, if needed. Lastly, ensuring client and therapist personalities align is important as it only enhances the sense of safety and the capacity for positive rapport growth. There is no one intervention that is best for one person. Therefore, I operate with an eclectic combination and knowledge of multiple interventions and techniques as a way to provide the best and most effective strength based and unique treatment. Treatment interventions are individualized in order to align with the identified treatment plan and goals. Individuals have experienced a multitude of events throughout their lives that connect to and impact their capacity to function as they wish within the world today. One persons experiences are never compared or judged; everyone is always doing the best they can in those moments and I want to work with them to help increase what their best looks or feels like.

I am well versed in the transition from high school to college. I am familiar with college expectations, the challenges of making new friends, and learning how to be independent. College can be such an exciting time but also really hard! It is so important to learn strategies to manage stress and having a safe place to talk about whatever you need.
About me: I have a strong belief in therapy because I've successfully used it. I've had my own personal exploration into suffering and I've made my way out of these fogs by utilizing the support of others. It is my experience that no one lives their best life alone. Connection has the capacity to offer regulation and engender strength. I honor my sense of humanity that allows me to tend and befriend others, and take joy in my sense of playfulness that can bring a smile or a laugh to someone at the just the right moment. About my work: I work through an integrated lens, currently drawing on EFT, neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology to explore how lifestyle, relationships, and early experiences shape our wellbeing. I also use the power of storytelling to help reframe the limiting narratives we carry about ourselves. Lately, I've been doing meaningful work with clients navigating OCD tendencies, using approaches including ERP and ACT. I am also working to expand my expertise through continued education in somatic approaches, chronic illness and premenstrual disorders, to support the full complexity of what my clients carry. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, to help people trust themselves again, and to help them recommit to life — through the big things and the small. About my credentials: I graduated from Lesley University with a MA in Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I am a Massachusetts licensed mental health counselor with experience in a variety of outpatient therapeutic settings. I welcome your questions.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.

Hi! My name is Katie Kalina, a licensed independent clinician with over 6 years of experience. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and healed, and that as your therapist, it's my job to meet you exactly where you're at. One of my specialties is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Eye movement (or other bilateral stimulation) is used to work on one memory at a time for the mind to heal. I have worked with individuals and groups of all ages, from children to teens and adults through anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, body image issues, relationship issues, and anger management. As your therapist, I will make it my mission to make you feel at home in our sessions. Once we meet, I will help you set goals and devise a plan that will make you transform in the ways that you wish to. Looking forward to completing this journey with you and bringing you ongoing success. What could you navigate in a safe space? I will use a warm, compassionate approach as we explore what you might be seeking. Perhaps you long for fulfillment or a clarified sense of purpose. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns that don't serve you. Perhaps you are sad or anxious, grappling with a relationship, or coping with a loss. I believe sorting out your thoughts and feelings together can yield a more enjoyable life. My background is concentrated in medicine and mental health, with a particular attention to the mind-body connection. I tend to work with a lot of college students and enjoy assisting clients with life transitions and identity exploration. My specialties include LGBTQ, gender, life transitions, disabilities, and career options. I earned a BA in psychology and an MSW in social work from Tulane University. I am licensed in Louisiana, MA, and New York. I look forward to hearing from you and beginning our work together.
I have over 25 years experience working with teenagers and adults. I understand the social, behavioral, and academic challenges clients face, not only with the pandemic, but with social media, peer pressure, self-esteem, eating disorders, relationships, decision making, substance use, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. I provide cognitive behavior therapy, which is to help clients understand why they are thinking and behaving the way they are and to help them understand that in order to change for the long term, they need to first understand what is causing the problem. I help clients develop coping skills and self-care strategies for in the moment and every day use.
I'm Erica, an experienced psychologist specializing in college-age mental health and sport psychology. I know college is A LOT and I have the utmost admiration for students. You're balancing what feels like a hundred different priorities and sometimes it can feel like it's all just way too much. I am passionate about providing empathic support and tangible tools to help students work through the challenging times that often come with the pressure-filled environment of college. I worked in multiple college counseling centers and athletic departments around the country prior to heading into private practice. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and offer telehealth appointments so clients can be located anywhere in those two states. I applaud you for taking this step to get support for whatever you are going through and I look forward to connecting with you!

Hello, some of my strengths include identifying and cultivating strengths in others, giving language to complex feelings, detangling complex issues and finding paths to wholeness. My goal in therapy is to support others to reach their personal goals and even help them identify what those may be if they are unsure. My ideal Patient is motivated to change and open to trying various techniques. I'm dual licensed in the States of Massachusetts and Illinois and provide only Teletherapy. I've been in clinical practice since 2013, yet have 20 years of experience through mentoring young adults. One of my strongest areas of expertise is healing from trauma, of all kinds. What I often find in practice are Patients unaware of neglect and abandonment that they have lived through. I support Patients in identifying pain, creating space to grieve and heal, and creating a new way to experience life alive.
