CO-HELP OVER SELF-HELP!! Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting concerns, or major life changes? There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. I implement effective therapy methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and caretaker alike. Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. If you are reading this, I would like to welcome you to my practice and encourage you to pursue the positive changes you are seeking. Life can be hard, change is difficult; however, I believe by addressing these issues together, finding a balanced and healthy path is possible. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, which helps with understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as other effective methods for dealing with life's ups and downs. I am a certified eating disorder specialist and have experience working with those who are struggling to address unhelpful eating patterns, and body image distress. Whether you are adjusting to the changes of being away from home, academic challenges, anxiety, depression, or managing new relationships, you will find a comfortable and welcoming environment in which to collaboratively address these issues together. I look forward to hearing from you.

Peace, love and a few good laughs…in one way or another, most of us hope to maximize the presence and growth of these delicious things in our lives. After working in a university counseling center for ten years, I have a strong sense of many of the most common concerns students may face. That being said, we are all individuals with our own strengths and struggles. Every one of us experiences unique challenges that arise within the context of living our human lives. I am a queer-identified, neurodivergent, trans-affirmative, body positive, sex positive, emotion focused, experiential therapist, working with traditional college age students and adults of all ages. I am a generalist practitioner and have experience working with a wide range of concerns. Areas of specific clinical interest include working with those addressing issues related to gender diversity and sexual orientation. My clinical expertise includes providing treatment for depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder (Asperger's/Pathological Demand Avoidance) body image concerns, eating disorders and disordered eating. I find that my approach to therapy resonates well with college students in general and specifically with therapists in training, artists and creatives (of all sorts). Please contact me directly to schedule a brief (15 minute) consultation to discuss how we might work together to increase the peace and love you find in life and to share a few good laughs along the way.

Life doesn’t come with a manual, especially during transitions. You’re trying to figure out who you are, where you're going, and how to manage everything from school, relationships, work, and just... existing. Maybe you're in college or recently graduated, or you're trying to adult for real—but anxiety, low motivation, or just feeling stuck is getting in the way. If you're navigating big life transitions, struggling with overthinking, anxiety, burnout, loneliness, or mild depression, you're not alone. These years can be exciting—but also overwhelming, isolating, and confusing. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I work with Adults, emerging adults and young professionals who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and connected. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your thoughts without judgment, build tools that actually work for you, and move from just surviving to genuinely living. Therapy with me is collaborative, real, and tailored to what you need—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I bring warmth, honesty, and a sense of humor when it's needed most. Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, you're welcome here. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Let’s start where you are. Please schedule directly with my website

In the treatment of eating disorders and eating related concerns, Dr. Duffy works from an integrative approach and often uses methods from cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and interpersonal theories. She sees eating disorders as a multidimensional disorder and thus strongly believes in a multidisciplinary approach. This means that individuals with eating disorders most often have psychological, medical, and nutritional causes and consequences of their disorder and require treatment in each area for a full recovery. With written permission from the client, she works with local dietitians and physicians to provide collaborative care. In addition to work around eating disorders and eating-related concerns, therapy will also address related issues such as anxiety, depression, and family concerns.

Maybe what aches most is not the change itself, but the fear that someone you love is slipping out of reach — even if that someone is you. Everything feels different, yet somehow the same. One minute you are putting on pajamas, and the next you are spiraling because it is the first moment of quiet you have had all day. There is this gut feeling that your heart can no longer be bound with band-aids, but soul-searching is a lot before the alarm goes off tomorrow. You do not have to make sense of it all alone at midnight — that is what I am here for. I support clients ages 13–30s through this season of becoming — identity, relationships, independence, pressure, purpose, and transition. With evidence-based care and expressive arts, we use guided reflection, practical strategies, and creative exploration to turn overwhelm into clarity, awaken new direction, and find the light at the end of the tunnel. There is no perfect place to begin. Arrive as you are! I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located in California, Indiana, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. I am available for a free 15-minute phone consultation, and I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
