Hello! I'm so glad you're taking this step for your mental health. I went to the therapy for the first time while attending college (at USC too!), and it was pivotal for me. I really value working with college students, and genuinely appreciate how much you have to do deal with. Maybe you're struggling with transitions - adjusting to the start of college, or facing the daunting landscape post-graduation. Maybe you can feel all the pressures mounting to the point where you feel paralyzed and burnt out and confused. Maybe you'd like for just one thing - anything - to be taken off your plate, or for the load to be shared somehow. Maybe you're even trying to figure yourself out beyond the story that's been your life so far. I'd like to help make things seem clearer, or kinder, or safer, and I think we can do it together. I offer 45-minute sessions, as well as longer 90-minute sessions, to fit what you might need best. I also offer letters for medical transition, disability, ESA, and can complete return to school forms.

I laugh with my clients, support them through challenges, and sometimes even share a tear as they reach milestones they once thought were impossible. My goal is to ensure that no one feels alone—I work hard to provide a safe space where self-care and mindfulness can take center stage. I work with adults (18+) facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, work stress, coping strategies, ADHD, attachment styles, and relationships.
