I'm here to support you in making sense of what you're feeling, uncovering patterns, and building healthier ways of coping and connecting. You deserve a space where you can be fully seen and heard—without judgment and without pressure. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it's about helping you reclaim your story and your strength. In our work together, you can expect a space that honors your identity, your boundaries, and your voice. Healing is not linear—and growth doesn’t require perfection. Whether you're seeking relief, clarity, or simply a space to exhale, I’m here to walk with you through the process. I work with individuals who struggle with perfectionism, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship navigation, life transitions, identity and gender issues. I’ll provide you with guidance and direct but judgement free feedback and support.
I utilize evidenced based interventions from both acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-informed care principles in my practice. I graduated in 2017 from the University of Denver with my Masters in Social Work and have been providing both inpatient and outpatient treatment since that time. My education and both, personal and professional experiences have allowed me to develop skills to work with diverse, often marginalized populations, such as members of the LGBTQIA+ population or those where English is not their first language. My specialities for work center around severe mental illnesses, such as: schizophrenia and other thought disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Typically clients I work with have the above noted challenges, but have also experienced other stressors in their relationships, employment, and/or with addiction(s) of some kind.

As a licensed psychologist, I provide therapy services across the lifespan. Viewing my role in clients' lives as a privilege, I approach my work with warmth, candor, and a genuine belief in one's potential for growth. A bit about my approach to therapy: Our difficulties often stem from longstanding patterns of relating to ourselves and others that are no longer serving us. Through greater awareness of these patterns and our internal emotional world, we are better able to cope and connect. I enjoy partnering with client's to explore both the past and present, with the hope of creating a better future. What you can expect from our first session: In our sessions, you can expect a welcoming and empathetic environment. We will start with an introductory session to determine fit. From there, we will dive into your story. I aim for our time to be collaborative, with us both taking active roles in the work. Schedule a session: https://corcoranpsych.sessionshealth.com/

I specialize in helping people through difficult times, whether due to a loss or a transition. It is in these times that we feel most afraid, lost, and unsure of the way forward. It is all too common that we cope with adversity by being hard on ourselves, withdrawing in shame, or disconnecting from what nourishes us. I will help you find the tools and skills within yourself to move forward and create a new life. I will work with you to accept where you are now, find the strengths and skills you already have, and use them to climb out of your current state of unhappiness, guilt, or numbness, and toward more flexibility, joy, love, and gratitude. I use various techniques and modalities to achieve this with you, but the primary tool I use is Self- Compassion. Finding the support you need right now is important to your healing journey. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate perspective that focuses on reframing your experience, and providing relief from suffering in the moment. The pain and fear of depression and anxiety can often cause feelings of isolation and despair, but you don't have to go through it alone.
Hi, My name is Heather and I have been working as an individual and family therapist for over 10 years. Through my professional experiences, I have found a love for working with younger adult clients and currently work with many undergraduate and graduate college student. I enjoy my work in helping to identify what isn't working for clients in their individual lives or in their relationships and finding alternative ways of thinking and responding that support mental wellness. My experience is is mostly in the areas of symptoms commonly experienced by those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I work mainly with cognitive models of therapy and am trained in EMDR, and have experience with other theories of psychology that I interweave into my practice, depending on what clients needs are and what they respond positively to. Ultimately I think the connection between therapist and client is the most important part of the therapeutic relationship and I truly enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal level through the clinical work we engage in. I'd appreciate your consideration in your searches for a therapist to work with.
Hi! I’m Kimberly Carlin, LPC, and I work with women over 18 who want support navigating the ups and downs of life. Between work, relationships, family responsibilities, and personal growth, it’s normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to cope. I help women work through: * Anxiety, stress, and burnout * Relationship challenges and setting boundaries * Trauma or emotional abuse * Grief or major life transitions * Body image and disordered eating * Pressure to be “perfect” or meet high expectations * Life transitions such as parenting, career changes, or caregiving responsibilities Here’s what therapy with me looks like: CBT: Helps you spot unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier ones. ACT: Teaches you to accept feelings and focus on what matters most. Somatic Therapy: Uses your body to release stored stress, tension, and anxiety. IFS (Internal Family Systems): Helps you explore different parts of yourself and understand conflicting thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. Inner Child Work: Helps you understand how past experiences shape your feelings today. EMDR: A specialized approach that helps painful memories feel less overwhelming. Christian Counseling and Prayer (optional): For women who desire, therapy can integrate Biblical principles, prayer, and exploring God’s perspective of who you are to guide healing, self-worth, and decision-making. I provide online therapy and am licensed in multiple states, so you can continue care even if you travel, work remotely or move. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, gain clarity, and build tools to navigate life with more confidence, self-compassion, and faith-based guidance if desired. Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling with relationships, wanting to process trauma, or navigating major life transitions, I’m here to support you. Hello! My name is Brandon and I have been in social services/mental health for about 9 years now. I have had a lot of success with young adult clients and adult clients looking to empower themselves but are maybe held back by ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relational issues, people pleasing, addiction, religious trauma - and much more! If I were to sum up my job to a few words, it is to empower you to live the life that you want! The relationship that we build together is super important to me as well, and I am good at building rapport with clients instead of being a "therapy robot". So, how can I help? I have built a reputation of being a straightforward and honest therapist, meaning I will challenge you, point out certain contradictions in thought patterns, push you to be more aware and mindful of problematic behaviors, validate your emotional experience, and explore your past to find reasons of certain behaviors you now struggle with. I'm a big music nerd who loves concerts and I play a couple of instruments. I really enjoy nerdy things like fantasy/sci-fi movies, shows, books, video games etc. I am also quite active and like to ski, mountain bike, enjoy the outdoors, and I like most sports overall. I'd love to invite you to call or email me if you think we'd be a good fit!
Welcome! I know from my own experiences as well as the many clients I have worked with over the years that therapy is an important pathway towards growth and healing. We will create a space where you can be open, expressive, learn new ways of seeing yourself and the world, new ways to cope with the challenges of life, and create new paths to relationship. We work together to bring wholeness, connection and a rediscovery of your strength and purpose. I am sensitive to the parts of our selves that make us unique, which includes different expressions of gender, sexuality, culture, socio-economic status, ethnicity, race, political ideology, religion, LGTBQIA2S+ identity, and intersectionality. I use mindfulness, my own therapy and consultation to help me address bias that might come up in my work. I partner with clients with an orientation towards social justice, honoring difference and our own deep knowledge of ourselves and our needs.
The integration of wealth and wellness is my passion. Increasing productivity, treating trauma, teaching skills for executive function, and improving my clients' relationship with money are the things I find myself focusing on in my practice daily. My go-to tools are EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I hope to offer empathy and accountability for you on your journey.
