Finding a therapist is hard, especially when 99% of these profiles sound exactly the same. So, let's cut to the chase. I work with men who are struggling with their life the way it is, who are ready to make changes, and get back to living. Whether you're depressed, stressed, angry, constantly fighting, shutting down, or overwhelmed - you're stuck, and I can help. I offer a free initial call so we can work out what's going on, and exactly how I think we can make an impact - both on an immediate basis, and over the long-term. Our first goal: to give you the tools you need to stop feeling stuck, and start moving forward. I want you to walk out of our first session feeling confident you know what you can do to start helping yourself now. As we work together, we'll take a look at the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that caused those problems in the first place, and start to explore your path forward so you can get back to being the man and partner you want to be. I do great work with Men because I know Men's issues. I know what it's like to feel stuck, and how great it feels to get back to your life, self-esteem, and full potential. Ignoring the problem won't make it go away, so shoot me an email and let's get started. I offer free consultations and online scheduling.

Spring EOP is here for any step of recovery, whether or not you have been to treatment. We aim to bridge the gap between leaving treatment and the transition back to life. For individuals who need to work, attend school, and have ongoing family obligations, the limited time outpatient therapy provides may not be enough to sufficiently support the investment that’s been made in residential treatment with the continued journey of sobriety. Many clients who have experienced residential treatment find that there is a greater need for clinical support beyond one session weekly; at Spring EOP we are here to support this transition with continued, consistent care. Additionally, we understand not everyone is ready for treatment, a client does not have to be transitioning out of a higher level of care to be an ideal client for us. We are there for every step of the recovery. We offer support to loved ones through CRAFT group as well as therapy for couples, family, and loved ones. We accept ages 15 and up.

Welcome. My name is Nicole. I am a Colorado native, runner, dog mom, and therapist. My passion is for working with clients as they navigate relationships and patterns of behavior that interfere with their enjoyment of life. I prefer when I can meet with my clients in person but understand that counseling needs to be accessible and convenient for you to be invested, so I make sure that telehealth is an option, as well. I specialize in working with trauma, attachment wounding, and mood disorders. Please take a few minutes to visit my website. I'd love to chat to see if I can be a good fit for your therapy needs.

As human beings, we often find ourselves wanting more freedom, or perhaps wanting more purpose in our lives, or craving a sense of inner peace. Other times, we find ourselves caught up in difficult and challenging relationships in our personal lives or at work. Whether your life feels overwhelming or underwhelming, I believe that care and courage, along with some healthy curiosity can go a long way in helping you locate new possibilities and finding solutions that work for you. My process is not a one-size-fits-all affair. Indeed, the work we do together is unique to each and every individual I encounter and always begins with accepting you just as you are. Beginning the self-exploration of therapy is an act of courage. I respect your bravery by always providing a calm, warm, and nonjudgmental space to discuss and process your concerns. Together, we’ll collaborate in clarifying your goals, identifying effective strategies, and finding a path that will work for you.
Our mission is to provide quality mental health therapy and recovery services by offering individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults, group counseling, clinical supervision, and training. We are dedicated to resilience, connection, and engagement for the betterment of the community.
If insight alone hasn’t changed your patterns, something deeper is begging to be understood. High functioing anxiety? Disconnected, or stuck in repeating relationship and life patterns? Overwhelmed or just plain blah? It's life changing to incorporate body, mind and heart to fully develop a strong internal sense of self. I integrate psychotherapy with the Enneagram and yoga therapy to uncover the unconscious patterns driving stress, attachment, and emotional reactivity. Knowing your Enneagram type and subtype often accelerates therapy by revealing why you cope the way you do—so change becomes embodied, precise, and lasting. With 25+ years of experience, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach integrating cognitive behavioral and somatic therapy. My style is straightforward and supportive. As a 2x published author, Enneagram-certified therapist, and yoga therapist, I work with individuals and couples to customize mind-body treatment that supports real, lasting change. Witnessing the transformation as you move from wounded, unbalanced and fearful, to being empowered, focused and self-reliant, is one of my greatest rewards. The power of growth never fails to amaze me, and I am grateful to be part of your journey! I welcome you to begin this process! Now, all you have to do is click the button to start. I've got you! :)
Something doesn't feel right. Maybe you are experiencing a heaviness that you haven't known before. Perhaps your relationship with your body, your work, or others is consuming your time and energy. Maybe you are grappling with a significant loss that has shaken your sense of the world. No matter what you bring in, you are multifaceted and deserve to explore and process your own experience. Understanding the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped you can make way for profound and lasting change. Relief often arrives when we find we have learned to interpret the world from this new vantage, as does self-compassion. I believe that mental health is a product of the whole self, extending beyond just mind and body but to the creative, intuitive, and spiritual aspects of our being. Working from a psychodynamic lens, we will explore the present with particular attention paid to how our histories, relationships, and unconscious wishes and fears shape our world. I believe each person carries their own complex and dynamic history. Unearthing that story together through the counseling relationship can heal, transform, and provide the freedom to live a more conscious and fulfilling life. I am so glad you are here. It would be an honor to walk with you on this journey. I would be happy to explore working together.

Through learning to value themselves and understand their wants and needs, clients explore and discover what brings them to their own sense of peak serenity.
At Helen’s Project, we provide a safe, supportive space for students who are navigating real-life challenges, whether that’s stress from school, anxiety, relationship struggles, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Many of the people we support are balancing a lot, academics, family expectations, work, or personal struggles, and don’t always feel like they have a place to talk about it openly. Our goal is to make mental health care feel approachable and real. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know something feels off, we’re here to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. Between classes, relationships, friendships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel like you're supposed to have everything figured out when you're still trying to find your footing. I'm Grace, and I'm a therapist who works with young adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, identity, and the pressure to "have it all together". My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgement-free. Therapy isn't about telling you what you SHOULD do. It's a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and build a life that actually feels like yours. Whether you're struggling to manage the demands of college, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feel like something is "off", you don't have to figure it out alone. We can work together to understand what's underneath the stress, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you feel more confident moving forward. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to email me to set one up. I can't wait to meet you!
I specialize in trauma therapy, with extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual violence and other traumatic experiences. If you’ve been through something overwhelming, it can feel like a fog has settled over you, affecting every part of your life. You might find yourself overthinking, being on edge, shutting down, or feeling numb, even when you want to feel present and connected. Many people I work with feel stuck in this space and are unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll work to understand and process your emotions, thoughts, and past experiences so they no longer hold the same power over you. I use EMDR and other approaches to help you address what’s at the core of your symptoms. Feeling safe and understood is essential to this work. We’ll move at a pace that’s manageable for you, creating a space where you can show up as you are without pressure or judgment. While this is a vulnerable process, it’s also what allows for deep, lasting healing. Therapy can help you relate to yourself with more clarity and compassion, develop new patterns, and move toward the life you want to live. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself—and to feel more in control of your life—I invite you to reach out. We’ll start with a conversation and see if working together feels like a good fit.
