Losing both of my parents during some of the most formative years of my life left me grappling with a depth of grief and confusion I wasn’t prepared for. In my late teens and early adulthood, I had to figure out how to keep going while everything around me was shifting. It was a messy, painful journey that took me to the darkest corners of myself, forcing me to confront emotions I hadn’t even realized I was carrying. And through it, I eventually learned that healing doesn’t come from pushing through or pretending to be okay. It comes from creating space for what’s real—sitting with it, learning from it, and finding a way forward, even when it feels impossible. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken,” but about understanding yourself in new ways. My specialty is also working with adults with executive functioning issues including being on the Autism Spectrum. My clients are better equipped to make informed choices about what actions they need to take and develop skills that will help them handle difficult situations in the future.
