Healing and growth takes place in the context of relationships - in our relationship with ourselves, and in our relationships with others. Unfortunately, our relationships can sometimes become distant, disconnected and a place of conflict, leaving us with unmet needs and just feeling “stuck.” We don’t feel safe asking for what we need, and maybe don’t even know what we need ourselves. The therapeutic relationship in counseling provides an authentic and safe place in which healing can begin to take place. My goal is to provide you with a space where you feel seen and heard; where you feel safe to explore your story and your experiences; a space where you can work through some of the hard things in a way that moves you towards a deeper sense of wholeness and connection. If you'd like to find out if this is a good place for you to address some of these things for yourself, reach out and we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if it would be a good fit!

Hi there! My name is Lizzy, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a Highly Sensitive Person, I’m passionate about working with individuals who feel things deeply—those who are attuned to their environments, sensitive to others’ emotions, and sometimes struggle to regulate their own big feelings. I also support people who experience anxiety, including situational anxiety. Maybe you don’t feel anxious all the time, but you notice it spiking in certain situations—like when meeting new people, navigating your romantic life, or worrying about failing or disappointing others. I have extensive experience working with individuals whose brains are still developing their emotional regulation skills, and I truly love what I do. This work not only helps me continue to grow as a professional, but also supports others in building resilience, self-awareness, and authenticity.

I believe that healing involves the mind, body and soul. I focus primarily on relational methods, as I believe that the therapeutic bond is a place to practice and explore new ways of connecting, being vulnerable, feeling emotions, receiving care, and building self-awareness. My main methods of therapy are Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), both of which focus on using relationship to bring out each individual’s self-righting tendencies and heal past wounds.. I also am certified in EMDR and the DIR/Floortime developmental play therapy model. I have training in various parenting and family therapy methods, including Circle of Security and Developmental Dyadic Psychotherapy. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from Miami University in Ohio, an MBA from Northwestern University in Evanston, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. My Colorado license is #9925261. I am lucky to be married to a wonderful husband and have three boys, all beginning their journey into adulthood. I love to hike, read, and sit by the firepit with friends and family.

We believe that everyone is inherently driven to heal and become the fullest version of themselves. By providing children, adolescents and young adults with support and unconditional acceptance, we allow them to become the leaders of their own healing journey. Play therapy for adults?! It may sound quirky, but the essential values of play therapy (connection, emotional expression, facing your challenges with unconditional support) lend themselves beautifully to anyone’s healing process, no matter your age. Young adulthood is a time of tremendous change and transition, but that doesn’t mean you have to sort through all of those challenges on your own. Therapeutic support can be immensely helpful as you really discover who you are, what you want, and how you want to be in the world. If you are interested in learning more about our services, for you or for your child, please feel free to reach out to us! We are happy to offer you a free 30-min consultation to answer any questions you may have.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate with experience supporting couples and individuals as they navigate the issues that matter most to them. My passion for this field began in the rural South, where I became fascinated by the relationships that sustain us and the ways we communicate with ourselves and each other, especially in the face of trauma. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support and tools that can help you move toward the life and relationships you want. In my practice, I specialize in working with couples from diverse relationship and family structures wanting to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and develop healthier ways to manage conflict. I am Gottman Level 2 certified, an approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. I am also informed by the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) that draws from attachment theory and cognitive neuroscience to help couples move toward secure functioning as they learn to regulate emotion together. We will work together to create a strong foundation upon which a secure relationship can be built. I also specialize in working with individuals of all ages navigating LGBT issues such as gender identity, which is deeply linked to how we are perceived and show up in the world. My approach utilizes a trauma-informed lens to identify the impacts on everyday life and guide where the client would most like to explore. I am informed by the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM) that uses both somatic and psychodynamic techniques to identify survival patterns that are no longer useful to us and works on bringing the mind and body into alignment. I also incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which focuses on how we experience and express emotion, supporting healthier regulation and deeper self-understanding. We will work together to create a space to process and explore as you move toward personal growth. It is a privilege to work with my clients as they gain the courage to take steps toward personal growth and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

Hello my name is Meredith McCormick, LPCC and I am a psychotherapist with iSeek Counseling. I work with children 5 years of age and older, adolescents, and adults. Experienced in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, I am passionate about helping patients improve their overall well-being and quality of life. I have more than 15 years’ expertise in various settings and roles, helping adults navigate struggles with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum and related women's mental health issues, grief, and schizophrenia. I value a collaborative approach to treatment, working closely with you and partnering with medical and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, individualized care. Improving lives with mental health care begins through collaborative care. That’s why I empower you to take an active role in your treatment, emphasizing education, shared decision-making, and the use of evidence-based practices for diagnosis and treatment. I believe that medication is most effective when paired with therapy, healthy coping strategies, and supportive interventions, so I utilize all approaches to help you achieve your healing needs and goals. Mental health has always been a part of my life. My father worked in mental health as an Occupational Therapist, and my mother was considered a specialist in Autism, ADHD, and IDD as an Occupational Therapist. When I was 9, my brother entered the world with neurodivergence, and I had to adapt and learn quickly to support him. These lifelong experiences led me to become an advocate for patients, driving me to work collaboratively with them, treat holistically, and provide education. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy attending comic conventions, exploring new experiences with my two young children, 3-D printing projects with my husband, thrifting, collecting crystals and minerals, and crafting.

Hi! I’m Megan. I remember college being a lot of things - fun, exciting, but also hard and lonely at times. It took time to adjust to living more independently and learning how to live with others, balance classes, work/career choices, friendships and relationships. It can be a lot to navigate… on top of everything else you may have going on! I support clients who are going through, or are adjusting to a life transition. Maybe you find yourself struggling to thrive in your relationships (with family, friends, or romantic relationships). Perhaps you're experiencing symptoms of anxiety or perfectionism, or balancing your expectations with reality. You may be in a position of feeling "stuck" without a clear idea of how to move forward. In the therapy setting, I value getting to know you and the experiences, people, and systems that have contributed to your life and how you experience the world. College is a great time to learn more about yourself and I’m here to help you cope and move from feeling stuck to thriving! I’d be delighted to be a witness to your life story and support you from a place of openness and compassion. I invite you to reach out by phone or email so we can chat more about how I can best support you!

Whether you’re looking to learn new skills to regulate your emotions, learn to make life more manageable or improve your relationships with family and friends, I’m here to support you every step of the way.In our first sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we’ll explore what’s going on, identify your goals, and start taking small steps toward meaningful change. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with eight years of combined clinical experience, my work is rooted in one simple belief: that quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone, at every stage of life. Specializing in medication management across the lifespan, I bring both clinical expertise and a deeply personal commitment to the patients I serve. Growing up as a first-generation American raised by Spanish parents, I understand firsthand how language and cultural barriers can stand between people and the care they deserve. That lived experience fuels my passion for culturally competent mental health care, and my dedication to ensuring that you feel truly understood and supported throughout your treatment. Evidence-based practice guides everything I do, because you deserve care that is both thoughtful and grounded in what works. You can expect an environment that is open, kind, and collaborative from our first meeting. Using a conversational approach to assessment and treatment planning, my goal is always to meet you where you are, not where anyone else thinks you should be. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, you are seen as a whole person, with your own story, values, and needs shaping the direction of your care. Every treatment plan we build together reflects that holistic perspective. Finding the right path forward is a partnership, and your voice matters every step of the way. My path to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner began in an oncology office, where assisting patients receiving chemotherapy became far more than a clinical task. Sitting with people during some of their most vulnerable moments, offering conversation and a bit of warmth in the middle of something so difficult, revealed how profoundly meaningful human connection can be in a care setting. These experiences made it clear that mental health was where my work was meant to go. That early foundation continues to inform the care offered today, reminding me that presence, compassion, and genuine attention are just as important as clinical skill. When not at work, you'll likely find me out on the trails with my dogs, gliding across the ice figure skating, moving through a Pilates session, or discovering new foods while exploring somewhere new. These pursuits keep me grounded and curious, qualities that carry right back into the care I bring to every patient.
