College and graduate life can bring constant pressure to excel—academically, socially, and personally. You might hold yourself to high standards and appear “put together” on the outside while feeling anxious, depleted, or unsure inside. I support students who are navigating stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, and life transitions with warmth and curiosity.
In our work together, I offer a compassionate space to slow down, connect with your inner experience, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe growth happens through awareness, compassion, and a deepening relationship with yourself.
I have particular experience working with grief, identity exploration, chronic illness, spirituality, LGBTQ health, and women’s health. I also work with clients who feel disconnected from their purpose or who are navigating major shifts in their sense of self. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with what truly matters to you, to live with more ease and authenticity—even in times of uncertainty.
