I offer brief and long-term psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive experience forming successful therapeutic relations with individuals, couples and families from varied ethnic, cultural, national, socio-economic, religious, spiritual, and sexual/gender identity groups.
I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy to help my clients gain insight, self-awareness, and the tools necessary to attain mind and body health and wellness. My personal style is warm, caring, and understanding, yet interactive and direct. I help clients examine links between their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they impact their view of themselves and their experiences in relationships.
