Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
I believe that healing begins within safe, supportive relationships, and I work intentionally to foster that space for every family I serve. Whether I'm walking alongside caregivers, supporting children, or helping adults navigate major transitions, I lead with warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to the importance of early relationships and secure attachments. My hope is that every client feels truly seen, heard, and empowered in their journey.
My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a strong focus on connection. As an immigrant, I have a special passion for supporting immigrant families and individuals as they navigate pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the early stages of parenting. As a trilingual clinician, I offer care in English, Farsi, and Dari.
As an immigrant, non-native English speaker, and a woman with a traumatic birth story, my experiences have shaped my understanding. These challenges throughout my life have allowed me to connect with others facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. Using research, personal experience, and compassion, we can work together.
