I am a solo therapist that has a private practice in Beaverton. I can meet either in person or on telehealth. I believe Individuals or Couples seek counseling because they want something to be different in their lives, and I think by working together we can make those changes happen. In the counseling process, both individual and couples clients can be helped to understand themselves better, set personal goals, and be supported in development. I aspire to meet you where you are at, help you to feel valued, heard, and understood through our work together.
I am a person-centered therapist that enjoys working with students that have specific needs and experiences around self worth, navigating family conflict, identity, attachment-processing your "story" and making sense of it, and relationships. When working with Couples, I use The Gottman Method approach.

I am a Level 3 Gottman trained therapist, with additional training in Gottman couples addiction/trauma/affairs.
