I work well with people who have a sense of humor, who are curious about themselves and others, and who are looking for honesty and directness when it's appropriate. Our sessions together will not look like the stereotypical image of therapy you might have in mind: you draped across an ottoman, and me simply listening nearby. The goal is that our sessions be conversational and collaborative.

Much of my experience has been helping young adults manage anxiety and stress around life changes and relationships. I believe that our past experiences shape us and in our sessions together I'll ask you to draw from your past in order to help inform and make meaning of the present.

In your late teens and twenties, figuring out who you are and what you want can be really overwhelming. I'm here to help you navigate the complicated feelings that come with becoming an adult.
