Hi there, I'm Jasmine! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. I received my Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and my Master of Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago. Originally from the Midwest, I now call Georgia home.

Inviting someone into your most personal space can be intimidating, scary, and daunting. Getting to this point of reading my bio is a huge step. Just know that I am super excited that you have taken that step!

Are you struggling with life transitions? Are you having difficulty maintaining healthy and positive relationships? Do you find it difficult to be kind to yourself? These are common challenges, and I'm here to help you navigate them.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, family relationship issues, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, and perinatal support including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum care. My approach is grounded in compassion and evidence-based practices. We can work together to get you back on track and develop strategies to cope and manage.

Some of the methods I utilize include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, journaling, and meditation into our sessions—just to name a few!

My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in achieving your therapy goals. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship and am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore and grow.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and take steps together towards your well-being. Let's embark on this journey together!
