Jana Oberheu
I provide a safe, non judgmental space for you to unpack your struggles. By using thoughtful questions, I aim to guide you in finding greater insight and more awareness into thoughts and patterns. The modality I most align with is mindfulness based CBT which focuses on identifying and challenging negative thinking patterns that lead to depression and anxiety.
What makes my practice unique is my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and to support them in their personal growth. I'm attuned to the themes and blocks that often go unspoken, and I'm passionate about this work because I believe healing and self discovery are powerful tools for creating a better, more compassionate world.
