College is a time of big transitions—new independence, academic pressures, friendships, and figuring out who you are and what you want. It’s exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, or just a lot. That’s where we come in.
We’re a small team of three dedicated therapists who specialize in supporting college students through the ups and downs of this stage of life. We’re not a big, impersonal platform—we’re real people who care about helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
Meet Our Team
✨ Alex specializes in working with adoptees, immigrants, and students from multicultural backgrounds, helping them navigate identity, belonging, and the unique challenges of being in-between cultures.
✨ Tenaya supports LGBTQ+ students, those struggling with relationships, and anyone feeling stuck in patterns of stress, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
✨ Rachel takes a holistic approach, incorporating mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic therapy for students dealing with trauma, burnout, or major life transitions.
