I love working with young adults transitioning from high school into the world beyond, in whatever form that journey takes. I treat anxiety, depression, and trauma, with specialized experience in helping people heal from sexual abuse. I enjoy working with people who are exploring their wants and needs, their role within their family, boundaries and communication within relationships, and the mind-body connection. I am a licensed art therapist, which can be a great fit for those wanting to process thoughts and feelings using creative means, or with less of a focus on verbal processing.
