Embodied Journeys is an independent, private therapy practice in Bellingham, WA serving clients throughout Washington, Minnesota, and British Columbia.

We help folks work through the stress and rigors of daily life, including the heavy demands of college, that might kick up unhealthy habits like erratic sleep, problematic eating, binge drinking, and procrastination. We work from a feminist, anti-capitalist, anti-diet, and social justice perspective that includes lots of self-compassion. Bottom line: We trust your internal wisdom and believe you deserve to live fully without exhaustion, shame, guilt, and resentment.
