I work with anxiety, depression, mood swings in folks who feel like they don't fit in and are exhausted trying to maintain perfection in every area of life. We nurture self-awareness, compassion and acceptance, while trying out small, incremental, sustainable changes that support wellness and wholeness. You can expect gradual lifting of symptoms, early success in moving towards goals.

The therapeutic work consists of a collaborative, practical, organic process in a caring, nonjudgmental space. We start with what's what, in the here and now, for you. We move at your pace and really listen, without rushing forward, until you feel ready. We practice knowing you in your uniqueness without worrying about conforming to unreal expectations.
