Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors

At Clarity Cove Counseling, we specialize in helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, school and work stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Many of the people who come to us are bright, capable, and caring but underneath, they may be overthinking everything, putting enormous pressure on themselves, struggling with confidence, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or simply not feeling like themselves. Parents may be wondering how to help a child who is anxious, shutting down, struggling socially, or having big emotions. Adults may look like they have everything together while privately feeling exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same patterns over and over again.

We help our clients understand what's happening beneath the surface and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. That might look like a teen learning to manage anxiety without avoiding the things that matter to them, a student finding strategies that make ADHD more manageable, or a child learning to understand and regulate big emotions.

For adults, progress might look like quieting the constant mental noise, setting boundaries without feeling consumed by guilt, understanding how past experiences are affecting present relationships, responding rather than reacting, and letting go of the pressure to always hold everything together. It can mean feeling more confident in your decisions, more connected in your relationships, and more like yourself again.

For families, change might look like calmer mornings, fewer power struggles, more open conversations, and parents feeling more confident about how to support their child without constantly wondering if they're doing the right thing.

Our goal isn't simply to help you feel better during a therapy session. We want what happens in the therapy room to translate into real life, at home, at school, at work, in your relationships, and in the way you see yourself.

Located in Mooresville, NC, Clarity Cove Counseling offers a warm, down-to-earth space where you can feel understood, build meaningful skills, work through what's keeping you stuck, and begin creating a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more like your own.
