During our time together I hope we can identify what is holding you back and create a plan that best supports you. Most things in life are not one-size-fits-all and the same applies to therapy practices. You are the expert in your own experience so I will tailor my skills to best fit your needs.
Before coming to Better Life, I worked with adoptees and their families to manage programs and foster community. Some of my other work includes facilitating group discussions, leading activities that promote self-identity and character, helping youth to take on a positive self-view, and supporting social interaction for older adults.
