Maybe your life doesn't look the way people expected it to. Maybe you're questioning who you are, navigating a relationship that doesn't fit neatly into a box, or moving through a transition that has left you unsure of what comes next. Maybe you've spent a lot of time trying to meet other people's expectations and are starting to wonder what actually fits for you.

I work with individuals who are exploring identity, relationships, and life transitions—particularly people whose experiences don't fit neatly into traditional narratives around gender, sexuality, relationships, or how life is "supposed" to look. You might also be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply a sense that something needs to change.

My work is LGBTQ+-affirming and rooted in existential and feminist therapy. That means we'll make space for the bigger questions you're wrestling with while also paying attention to the real impact that relationships, culture, racism, heterosexism, patriarchy, and other systems can have on your life and sense of self.
In therapy, we'll start by getting clear on what's bringing you in and what you most want from our work together. From there, we'll make sense of the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck and work toward changes that fit your goals and values. I draw from ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches when they're the right fit. Throughout our work, I'll be collaborative, strengths-based, and guided by what matters to you.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience, including experience providing LGBTQ+-affirming care, supporting identity exploration, and helping individuals navigate life transitions.
