Critical Response Counseling & Consulting LLC
I believe you are more than what happened to you. You are also more than the challenges you are facing right now.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding what is happening beneath the surface. I work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional demands of high-pressure environments. My goal is to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My professional background spans social work, crisis response, trauma-informed care, law enforcement, and behavioral health. That experience has given me a unique perspective on how stress, trauma, relationships, work, and life experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and respond.
Therapy isn't about "fixing" you. You're not broken. It's about helping you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, process what you've experienced, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply recognize that something needs to change, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My goal is simple: to help you understand your story, strengthen your capacity to navigate what comes next, and create a life in which you can truly thrive.
