Hello, I’m Amanda Pecha, LCSW, CSAC.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified substance abuse counselor with specialized training in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and integrated mental health treatment. I also provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for individuals working through traumatic experiences, PTSD, and long-standing patterns connected to trauma.
I work with individuals navigating the impact of trauma, substance use, anxiety, and patterns of self-doubt or overwhelm. My therapeutic style is warm, practical, and collaborative, focusing on helping clients understand their story, break cycles that no longer serve them, and build the skills and confidence needed for lasting change.
I use evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, CPT, CBT, and motivational interviewing—to support healing, reduce distress, and strengthen resilience. My aim is always to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to move toward a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.
Whether you're seeking support for addiction, processing trauma, or wanting to improve your overall mental and emotional wellbeing, I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
