I also bring a strong background in crisis stabilization and years of experience working with children, teens, and families, so I understand the challenges that can come with transitions and relationships.

I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, which means we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in your way and find practical steps to help you move forward.
